2 About This Website

toc | previous | next

The purpose of this website is to get you involved in a new social movement called Social Clarity Now. Its mission is to bring our humanity to the next level of success: “Humanity Level 2.0”. Each of the step we take for the mission must be falsifiable. All is done according to science and data that has nothing to do with any cult or religion.

Part of the mission is to take you on a Thumoslang journey and bring you to the next level of success: “Your Ideal Self 2.0”. Also part of the mission is to do the same with others around you as you become their social hero.

All is explained by the Guide to Thumoslang, whose content is entirely presented in the next chapter, Chapter 2 in The Book of Thumoslang, on the next webpage. It will help you…

Discover how the power of social clarity could make your internal dialogues more effective, meaningful relationships much stronger, and the actualization of your ideals go faster.

What is Thumoslang? An answer is provided by the Guide to Thumoslang, in its Chapter 5 A Demonstration of Thumoslang.

3 Nomenclature for Social Clarity

toc | previous | next

Thumoslang is the nomenclature for social clarity. It is the “technology” by which relations are conducted while minimally generating unwanted drama. For the first time, humans discovered a way to have systematic control of relationships in their social life. This discovery should be no less important than that of the widespread control of fire.

Over a hundred millenniums ago, early humans discovered a way to have widespread control of fire. It was the first in a long sequence of many steps in the technological evolution of human beings. Our technological advance evolved through three stages: the tool, the machine, and the automation. They’re all about the conservation of human energy. To keep it from being wasted.

The widespread control of fire, of the tool, of the machine, and then of the automation gives us more energy and thus more power. However, a nation with more energy and more power does not have citizens who know how to treat one another better than those in lesser nations. Therefore, it is safe to conclude that technology cannot bring our humanity beyond “Level 1.0”.

What would it take to bring humanity to “Level 2.0”? Whatever it is, the widespread use of it is a must and it must give residents of the adopting nation the powerful knowledge on how to treat one another better, but at scale.

Thumoslang is the key to unlocking the hidden power in each and every individual, and thus groups, communities, and cities.

Thumoslang gives rise to social clarity.

Widespread use of social clarity is what it takes, the social clarity system called Thumoslang is what it takes, to achieve “Humanity Level 2.0”.

The entire nomenclature of Thumoslang is captured by the Thumoslang Dictionary.

4 Initial Creation of This Website

toc | previous | next

This website was first constructed in February 2021. Its color theme is based on a photo taken of a local BMX group. Its pink menu is called the Banner Menu. The first four commands on it take you to four different online books, all of which are members of the Thumoslang Book Collection. The menu at the top of the page is called the Primary Menu. The last command (More…) on it takes you to the Navigation page, which presents all website menu commands.

5 Organization

toc | previous | next

This website presents its information in form of a collection of booklets. Thicker booklets are referred to as books. All are accessible via the Banner Menu, which is the pink menu near the banner of this website.

The collection is formally known as the Thumoslang Book Collection. A member of the collection is called The Book of Thumoslang. Its cover page is the front page of the website. Its table of contents (TOC) is presented as the Next page, right after its cover page. You can select Contents, the first command on the Banner (pink) Menu, to view the table of contents of the website and thus of The Book of Thumoslang.

When you select a link on the list of items presented on the website’s table of contents, you bring up a page in The Book of Thumoslang. The content of this page may itself be presented as a booklet, or, if thicker, an online book. An example is the Guide to Thumoslang. In that case, the booklet has its own table of contens, also known as the list of topics.

Notice that the link TOC near the upper-right corner of each “booklet” takes you to the table of contents of the website and thus of The Book of Thumoslang. To view the table of contents of the booklet, select instead the link List of Topics, near the upper-left corner of the page.

What is presented at this website outside of the book collections are listed below. Al are accessible via Library, the last command on the Banner Menu.
