Nickantony Quach (pictured, left) and Alec Mustafayev (right) have worked informally as a single unit, the Quach & Mustafayev Group (QMG), since August 2020. People sometimes refer to them as the #QMGDuo. They run the social media channel Ri4CTV, operating since 2018, the Ri4CTV Shop, and Ri4CTV Studio. They established the last two units in 2022.
A 2020 graduate of Classical High, Mr. Mustafayev (@alec_mustafayev) is a fiction writer. He published his first novel, Rebellious, before graduating high school. In 2022, at nineteen, he published Reborn with Power as the first installment of a bigger story, The Dog’s Day. He is a Videographer for Ri4CTV and the Chief Editor for QMG.
Mr. Quach (@nick4c) is the creator of Thumoslang (pronounced THUMOS-LANG), the formal vocabulary for optimizing life through social clarity, a founder of the original Ri4CTV YouTube channel, and an aspiring Corporate Culture Designer. He authored the following nonfictions, all edited and illustrated by Mr. Mustafayev (except the first.)
- Thumos: Adulthood, Love, and Collaboration (2017), also known as the Original Thumos Textbook
- Life in 184 Words (2022), also known as Thumoslang on the Run
- Thumoslang for Character Renovation (2022)
- The Dictionary of Thumoslang (2022)
In the video, [The First Sign of Success for the Original Thumos Textbook | FSCRi Year One | S1E1](v=U6nzZJArsF0), Alec Mustafayev reported the first sign of success for the Original Thumos Textbook (OTB), pictured above. That was when he and Nickantony Quach sold, at full price, four hardcover units of the 2017 book Thumos: Adulthood, Love, and Collaboration at the Anti-Robot Club Marketplace of Providence, Rhode Island; see Our First Sign of Success.
